Would you ever wear JEGGINGS?

Alright, so I thought I was pushing it when I started to wear skinny jeans (which I actually find to be very flattering on me), but now I have to worry about squeezing my thighs and a** into “jeggings,” a jean/legging combo? Is this a sick joke? I can’t imagine that this would look attractive…I mean, who else would be able to pull this off with a see-through shirt like the image above. Maybe I’ll be kicking myself for writing this in a few months, but I don’t think I’d ever be caught dead in a pair of those…

Are you ready for Fall?

There always comes a point in the summer where I get tired of wearing dresses every day, tired of throwing my hair up in a pony tail and clipping my bangs back because of the humidity and just plain tired of the heat! It’s been 90-95 degrees in New York City for the past week or so and I’m ready for it to cool off! I love the summer but I find myself longing for the Fall! It’s time to buy a new pair of jeans and some cute boots and enjoy the more mild weather…

My summer uniform consists of mostly dresses and the occasional skirt, but oddly, I never consider a pair of shorts. It’s the most basic of all summer clothing, yet I seem to ignore this every year. I’ve been seeing the cutoff jean short all around these days and thought I better get myself a pair before it’s too late and the weather starts to turn south.

Wardrobe must-have: The Cardigan (in every shape, size and color)

I noticed yesterday that half of my closet is filled with cardigans…how could I possibly have SO many? I mean, I guess I do wear one pretty much every day of the week, so it does makes sense.
